"The print arrived with the mounting brackets installed on the wrong sides of the frame. It turned what should have been a horizontal mount into a vertical one standing the print on it's head. I had to make the necessary corrections by measuring for the new locations of the mounting brackets and drilling new holes on the correct sides of the frame...."
