Description
NASA's Hubble Space Telescope found it's mark when it was pointed at one of the Universe's most " Stately and Photogenic " galaxies, the Sombrero galaxy, Messier 104 ( M104 ). This Galaxy measures 50,000 light years across........Planet earth is 28,000,000 light years from this Galaxy and you have to remember that the SPEED of Light is 186,000 Miles per SECOND ( not 186,000 per min or per hour ). I am using this Image as my WALLSCREEN for a while because I find it so striking. Could tell you a lot more about the Galaxy, like it probably contains some 800,000,000,000 stars, but the important thing is that it will produce an awesome print for you no matter which style or size you choose on FAA. This is a Public Domain Image released by NASA / HUBBLE HERITAGE. My contribution to this Image was some Digital Enhancements to make it more usefull for producing prints of various sizes and types as are available on FAA. No claim to copyright is being asserted. Thanks, Carl
